Returns

A request of a refund/return will be discussed case by case based on its individual merits.

Returns of any faulty goods are accepted providing we are made aware within 48 hours of delivery. It is solely the customers responsibility to send back items to gain a FULL REFUND - and without doing so we cannot guarantee a full refund will be given.
